Gramenzi Auto Services

Had my brakes and shocks done at this facility on two different occasions. Found the employees to be courteous and professional. Alex at the front was very helpful in explaining the repairs required nor did I feel there was any upselling.

6/5/25 I visited Gramenzi auto shop because my cars check engine light turned on. I requested a diagnosis and the results came back with two codes P0456- EVAP system leak & P0440- EVAP system. I was given an estimate for the replacement of two parts - a canister & a valve. I asked the service coordinator to check and perform the right tests to detect the leak but was told that “those codes usually come up because of a bad valve”. The tech who checked my car suggested the replacement of only the valve, reset the car and to come back if it came on again. My Audi broke down just before a long trip home. AAA towed my vehicle to Gramenzi as a recommended repair shop. This was Sunday evening. Monday morning as soon as they opened they were looking into it! Prompt and polite service. They kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. Alex did an excellent job. Thank you!

I came to Gramenzi Auto Service on the recommendation of a friend who has trusted them with his business fleet for years, and they did not disappoint! Even though there are countless shops closer to my home and work, I happily drive 30+ minutes to get here because of their exceptional service and trustworthiness. Alex, the service advisor, always takes great care of me. He’s incredibly responsive and provides top-notch customer service. The shop is consistently fast with services, even during busy times, which is a huge plus. One of my favorite perks is the free tire rotations when you purchase your tires from them—a small but meaningful touch that shows they value their customers. Most im…

Phenomenal service, Great Prices and Finance Options. Been coming here and dealing with Alex and the Team for 6 years. First started coming here when I had my Nissan (Altima). Now I have a Tesla and still trust them with handling my car. They have the proper equipment needed for changing Tires/Rotations on a Tesla (which most shops don’t) As well as the proper equipment to perform a great alignment.
