Brickell Auto Collision

While I unfortunately needed Leo’s services, I’m so glad I came here. He came out to greet me directly, listened intently, and provided honest and reasonable pricing. In my case, the person responsible was deciding between self-pay and insurance so he gave me a quote either way. When I came back the next day, he remembered me. Yet he still double checked his work and found an area that could be touched up. His services were prompt and the work was perfect. He even went above and beyond, saw an area of concern unrelated to my accident and touched it up for free. (I had liked him before, but that put him over the top.) Walking into Brickell Auto Collision, Leo himself greeted me. A very genuine/professional individual. I brought in my BMW and he immediately had his knowledgeable staff begin working on it. Very rarely do you find an honest body shop like this in Brickell. The work was impeccable and everyone was extremely friendly, by far the best customer service experience I've had. I highly recommend this place

I cannot say enough on the amazing "old-school" business that is honest and puts the customer as #1. Leo not only took care of repairing my car, but assisted in dealing with some issues with Enterprise Rent a Car to make my day smoother and easier. The work was impeccable and the friendly smile and sincere approach to customer service is hard to find in any place nowadays. By far my best customer service experience in the last 20 years at least!

This is the ideal place to get your vehicle fixed. Not only were they very professional, but also a genuinely kind staff. The service was top-notch. My vehicle was repaired quickly and flawlessly. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality work and excellent service. Highly recommended. Ask for Leo when you arrive and he will take care of the rest.

I can’t recommend Brickell Auto Collision enough! From the start, it was clear that their focus is on quality over rushing through a job, and the results truly speak for themselves. I originally brought my damaged vehicle in for repairs, and the work they did was absolutely top-notch. Leo, the owner, is incredibly fair with pricing and completely transparent throughout the entire process—no surprises, no upselling, just honest work and clear communication. His professionalism and integrity really stood out to me. Because of the great experience I had, I recently trusted Leo to make some custom modifications on a brand new vehicle, and once again, he did not disappoint. Everything was handl…
